From light bulb to neon lamp, home telephone to mobile cellular, CRT TV to LCD monitor, and the list goes on to microwave, touch screen, personal computer, digital camera, ATM, air conditioner, traffic and transportation system, and even our food is processed with the help of advanced machinery. It's amazing what human can do through science and technology, and to be enrolled in electrical engineering gives me a head start to work and contribute in this amazing field.

Founded in 1994, Universitas Pelita Harapan may not be the oldest university in Indonesia, but its ongoing commitment to provide its students with the best facilities fascinates me. Equipped with strict rules to keep the university clean and smoking free, Universitas Pelita Harapan promotes its students' health and well-being. Of course, the message doesn't stop there. Having been matriculated in Electrical Engineering department, I found out that it also accommodates its students with 24 hour workshop laboratory, which encourages us to develop a habit of independent and self-motivated study.

Finally, I would like to deliver my gratitude to all lecturers and staffs of Universitas Pelita Harapan who have bestowed me with lots of invaluable education and experiences, which enable me to pursue my dream to be a prominent scientist in Engineering field.
